I like this map, except of one thing: the lightning. It's too bright and too monotone.

But the layout is cool.

Ok the meshes didnt bother me as much as i thought nothing looked stupid.

A few problems ,for having the original maps uniqueness,or style.
You can't jump to the flak like it should, too far away, and wall dodging need not apply, the same for the preasure room area,to wide, can't jump accross like before cieling is too low.And ya I know you made it to jump off the sides,it's actually to easy now to get over to the minigun.

The backroom by the shock way to easy to get up to the second level, hell you might as well put a short ramp there now,and the spaces on the backwall edge are plugged up,i dont like that at all.

The preasure room and other sections of the map looks to big, just because it's redone for ut04 doesnt mean to make it bigger just for the sake of all that sissy acrobatic crap.
Preasure has a cramped feel.

The floor texture pick and some others don't have any nice shadows ,like down the hall of pillars, looks like stuff put on an unlit texture.

But the worst thing that needs to be done to call it "preasure" is the button for the preasure room should be acctuated by shooting and bump as well as the sound should be dispersed thoughout the whole map when that thing gets pushed and the preasure sound.
(i didnt listen)

preasure button is not right
size is screwy
texture use is limiting how well it could look for shadows
Also the file size seems to big for what it is 40meg map,.ut2.....................
nice try but not happening here.

hmmm, this is a pretty good remake of the original. It has some bugs in it though. the biggest one I found so far is a hole by the red tunnel on the side of the pressure chamber. you can actually run through the wall. of course you die, but it does some funky stuff and skews the video for a few seconds. probably need to put some blocks in there. also have trouble going into the chamber. the minute I get to the door I die for some strange reason. tried playing this with no bots and it still did it. strange.

I like some of the things you've added, the windows with the machinery outside is nice touch and the oil on the surface of the water in the pits is good too. the size of the light fixtures in the plasma gun tunnel and on a couple of walls seems a bit out of place. they look like about 273,000 GW light fixtures but that's a small thing really. the flak cannon is easier to get to than the original. not sure if that's good or bad.

great remake. it's definately a keeper if you liked the original pressure. I like it. fix the bugs and my score will go up a point or so.

does that map have a fatness trigger?
It was fun when players get big in pressure chamber before they were exploding, but I doup that the UT 2004 have that. :(

very nice remake! the scale-up is perfect, and all the little places you can wait to pounce on people are still there.
i especially like what you did with the roundabout tunnel where the health vials are. the origional was just a flat concrete metal tube. this has real character.
gj!

Hi all,
I find this a very good remake !
Oke, some things are different than the original, but it is playing very well and there is enough space to dodge etc.
There is one major bug, that is the pressure door.
Very strange, in the beginning everything is working oke, but after a while you die when you try to get through the open pressure door.
We discoverted this when we played this map online.

Another thing is the NAME of the map, DM-Pressure2.
Change this, because there is already an (older) map that is called the same.
So upload to redirect (gameservers) is not possible.
I have uploaded it with the name DM-Pressure_Classic2K4

I give you an 8, because i hope you will make more remakes like this.
If you will fix the door and change the name than the map is almost perfect.
Geep on going, very well done !!!

Greetings wimpy.

Bad frame rates, pressure chamber sucks compared to original, the door messes up and all, the buttons to the chamber used to open the door by shooting them and pressing them. Shield shard and the textures and theme are cool.

Also is a very very nominal amount of zone portals or any form of optamization what so ever.
