incorrect scale... Never heard about scaling up the map after importing it from ut99 to the 2.5 ued? Or building it from scratch? Crappy textures. The lighting is okayis. Hence the 1 point. But prepare for some zeros coming...

Edit: well, then (no offense) you failed to get it right.

I actually build this map from scratch...No brushes was imported,only textures,sounds and music...

Anyway,I made this map for myself,and it has been on my HD for about 2 years.I knew what the reactions will be about the map,but i decided to release it anyway,cause i believe there will be some people out there who will like it...

EDIT:Didnt you notice,its called DM-Fractal-"99"- not 2004 or something...

About the ported map,
i dont mind if you use the same layout, but PLEASE use the ut2k4 engine to the fullest so: better/more detail.
and if possible improve gameplay.

Try adding static meshes that would fit to your map. That should work.

Not too bad. The scale was a little off, but I think the other negatives posted are appropriate. The biggest problem here is that it has already been done and that UT remakes should take full advantage of the newer capabilities in order to make it stand out.

You obviously know your way around the Editor, apply that knowledge to some original ideas and let others take the remake criticisms. ;-)
