Map DescriptionIt is a maze type map with crossroad style gameplay. Many different routes in and out of each base. It is still a fairly small level but is around 5 times bigger than CTFM-andACTION.

Plus there are no complications whatsoever in getting this map to run, as I have included no new textures.

Someone has already downloaded the map that I know. He has play tested it for me to make sure the map works properly and that I haven't forgotten any packages in the zip, and thankfully I haven't forgotten anything this time!

So go download and enjoy! :)

PS: Thanks to David Montwe for the original map. (Yes it's another 4-Team conversion!) :)

[Any connection with Pat Morita the actor would appear
to be entirely coincidental]

This is about as basic as it gets from a graphics
standpoint: skybox consists merely of a yellow sun in
an otherwise blue sky, and walls are just...walls.
Essentially a maze-like map in the shape of a cross,
with the bases on the arms of the cross, and a common
area in the center. No Z-axis action other than
shieldbelts on top of 15' high pedestals (which the
bots never TL up to), and I dislike multi-maps whose
sole means of movement to enemy bases is through a
central common area (where the dumbass bots from other
teams snipe at you when you aren't heading to their
flag).

hi i think it would be better if it had a sniper bit just above the flag. over all it is a very good map.

Thank you very much for the ratings. Though I thought that the whole point of CTF4 / CTFM is that other teams can interrupt and kill over people and nick their flags? No rules that you can't! It's what makes 4-Team CTF Mods so interesting in the first place. Like you are on Red team. You nick Blue Team's flag then are about to take it back to your own Red Flag and get a point when the Green team or something takes your flag. Can be very frustrating when that happens, but it is all a laugh at the end of the day and is all part of the fun of this mod. Can go around in a loop constantly. Also brings out the best skill of people.

I also consider the bots very intelligent on this map too, (probably because of the thousands of bot paths!) but for how the bots play I'll give them a 9/10 for getting to the point, and yes true where you stated that they don't translocate and get the shields plus Redeemer, well who cares! It doesn't bother me too much. If anything it's a bonus for the human players participating in the game. :)

Fair rating and comment anyways mate. There'll be better ones arriving soon, trust me! ;)

Yo Shao! You gave it a 7 originally! Anyways, I know the look of it kind of sucks, but I still think the Gameplay is almost spot on! Not that I've played it since July last year or so! Haha ;)

PS: Thought I'd let you all know that as soon as QCTF is released for UT2K3/UT2K4 (if it ever is) then I shall be making maps for that, and at the moment, one map is already in progress!!! :)
