For the people who dont know what the JB means, this is a map for the popular UT mod Jailbreak. Things I like : -Lots of sexy flying cows. Vache fatalles all over the place. -Beautiful lightning, though some more animated light would have been cool. -An awesome sexy picture of Cliffyb with a weird pig-like sound near it. -A couple of non solid floors that greatly enhance the gameplay on this map and will benefit the more experienced players well. Those who know the map well wont fall easily. Perfect gameplay ! -Deadly cheese included. -The cool teleporters under the slime balance the, already excellent gameplay, really well. -Finally a map that makes good use of the friction setting of a zone. Perfect for those people who like to play UT with only 1 hand. -Incredible "ambient" sound ! Things I didnt like : -Filesize already looks like 1337, but isnt yet, too bad. -Something I really didnt like is that this map was submitted to nalicity at 01-30-2003, why not at 01-03-1937, that would have been sooo much better. -Ugly skybox that doesnt fit the maps theme too well. -Version 1.00 ? Where is version 133.7 ? Maybe these things could be fixed by bringing out a JB-1337-CE-GE-SE133.7-XXL ? So for that, I rate this map : Awe 1 Build 3 Cast 3 Total 7 Killer map, download this now so the downloadcounter gets up to 1337 !

Stakhanov 04-01-2003 06:51 AM MST Rating: 9   Yes , Hourences was a bit rough. This map is definitely 1337 ! I played it once , pure ownage. Unlike boxy maps this one is fun even after 2.047 seconds ! The gameplay is very advanced , you discover its subtileties step by step. First walk to the other base , then learn to use the slime teleport , then activate the release switch without being shredded. While the flying cow give an atmospheric touch , I'm dissappointed by the slime zone , in which the players tend to spend most of their time trying to survive. Where's the shiny golden lightning fast Squid ? I thought I saw such a thing in a Beta , but was bug prone (spawnkilling jailed people) I hope this little flaw will get fixed on next version.
