AWE: 2 What can I say here? This map has very detailed architecture. By detailed I'm referring to the computers, monitors, chairs, desks, and everything in the bathroom. Even the outside, though not extravagant, looks awesome. The buildings aren't completely flat, windows are set in, leaving small ledges, and plenty of insets and openings to dodge behind for cover.
Texturing is nothing short of excellent, except for two spots where the carpet continued into a room, then suddenly changed to tile; one was in the bathroom, and the other in the room with the safe. But looking passed those petty misdemeanors, you'll see nice walls, cool computers, and great lights. Everything fits to set the theme and atmosphere.
Lighting is very well executed like everything else. The yellowish lighting all through out the attackers spawn area, and between the buildings as you head for the bank really sets a feeling of a run-down, poverty stained, part of town, that's felt nothing but drudgery. Lighting from the sky is done with good accuracy, looking like mid-morning or afternoon. Inside the bank, lighting mostly comes from ceiling lights, but there are sky lights as well, and both leave no room for criticism.
BUILD: 2.5 Great sounds through the entire map, electrical hums, wind, distant traffic, alarms, computer blirps. Brush-work is nothing too lavish, but still has great effect. No problems with the triggers, doors opened, things blew up, and alarms went off at the right times. Most of the decorations are used well, all but one wrecked truck that you can walk through, which isn't believable. Skybox looks superb, looking up at the sky scrapers that tower above you.
CAST: 2.5 Gameplay is some of the most furious I've played, but the only problem is that it's short lived. With a 4 on 4 match, I can almost always get in and win in under a minute, (although I could bump up the bot skill or add more bots, but bah). Weapons stay is almost a must, seeing that there is only the pulse gun for the attacking team, until they reach the bank. Other item placement is not a lot, but it's not really needed. There's no real time to go looking for stuff, you've got to grab what you can on your way, and blast your way into the bank.
Flow is purely straight-forward, there are a few siderooms in the bank that the defending team can look in before the attackers get there, but there's basically one route leading to the bank. Bots know the map, there's even a window next to the bank door that they'll jump through to take on the on coming assault.
SCORE: 7.5 Not much else to say, other than the map is short played, but in the time it is really fun. Best results with 8-10 players, side-effects may include loss of sleep due to excessive playing, thirst, hunger, and in some cases, constipation... 0_o |

cool map but its to easy for the attacking team. anyone noticed u can jump through the window in the main hall? Liked the textures, and the theme. but i thik u put to many targets in this map. (u get 5 comments when you enter the bank, blow up the firealarm and steal a throphy)

It's very cramped, and there are no good defense points inside the bank, making it too easy for the attackers once they actually manage to penetrate it. Also, bot support is buggy--defense bots may end up trying to run through a door that doesn't open indefinitely.

You could just make a evrsion 2 with a real city and stuff. maybe even more objectives. If you do I'll check it out for sure, and you can at least expect an 8.

I prefer larger maps for Assault, the textures you used inside the bank are stunning and the mirror in the bathroom is great! Not much room to run around, and the defending team is very squished in the front foyer! Nice map man.
PS This map has inspired me to create my own maps, perhaps when I'm older, and can use Unreal Editor (Go to www.unrealized.com to learn the editor) CYA
