Pink and blue and red lighting isn't cool. This lighting combined with the textures really makes Frequency an eyesore. Yuck.

Um, well I have never had anything but a blast on this level. One of my favorites. Not the prettiest, but a fun map.

Review by Satyrkarma

Design: 7/10
>>>This one is your classic battle arena with your central area and home bases. Though it looks good, the ammo depots to the sides of the map are never visited in the four games that I played on it. It is most enjoyable for me with InstaGib mod enabled and the more bots the merrier. However, I get the feeling this one was designed more for online play against human opponents.

Awe: 7/10
>>>I must also point out that the central feature is also quite stunning. Though I haven't yet been able to figure out how to get on top of the central platform, it's still very nicely done.

Difficulty: 6/10
>>>The one feature that makes this arena difficult is the fact that there is alot of open space. Though I managed to conquer the pathetic computer bots without much trouble, I imagine it would be much more difficult against calculating human opponents.

Overall: 7/10
>>>As aforementioned, I played this map four times. The first two times were without any mods, I simply changed the number of bots. The second two times were with InstaGib mod active and again I changed the number of bots. I found it most entertaining with InstaGib + Lots of Bots. However, that's just my personal preference.

A classic CTF level. If you play online you better like this one because most of the servers that have custom maps have this bad boy on it. All about fast and solid gameplay.

Solid CTF-Arena Map. No wonder it's on servers.

Verdict : Keeping this map.

This map is not ugly, it's not that pretty but the gameplay makes up for it. Instagib is fun on this map. Strangelove is even better. This map is very popular on strange love servers and is voted for alot. I think the author should be very proud of this map, he's provided many many great games for strange love players all around.

Why this is on ANY server is a mystery to me,.. just because it's popular doesn't make it a good map. I LOATHE this map with a PASSION. Junk!

Amazing that you can obviously download and play the map since you have seen fit to rate it, yet you still gave it a 0.

Stood the test of time, still as fun to play today as it was way back when. Substance over style any day. Plenty of replay value in this. If your experience sucks, it's probably the people you're sharing it with.
