This could be a really cool map with a very interesting theme. Build quality is good, and it shows potential. However, this map is a clear example how bad lighting can ruin an entire map. It's bland and way too bright, nor does it come from any lightscource (like one of the pretty lanterns).

Gameplay felt a bit messy. It could be because of the large number of pickups. The bot always seemed to find all the cool stuff like the invisibility, when all i found was some ammo and a minigun.

Texturing was good in most places, though I don't think some textures fit the map well (like the weird grass texture, and the HourPitores texture you used one the ramps). Details were also good. Especially the lanterns and the rooftops.

There was one other thing you should keep in mind, and thats to keep all custom stuff in the MyLevel package so one doesn't have to put all files in there directories.

All I could do is to send around this neat tutorial that people keeps sending around (http://www.planetunreal.com/teamvortex/davidm/tutorials.htm) and whish you really good luck with upcomming maps ;)

I agree with Pomperi, this could be a very cool map but that lighting isn't very good as it stands. Architecturally and bot wise it's alright though.

Thanks guys for the comments. I thought the lighting might be bad, it looks great on my pc but my monitor is broken, maybe if you adjust for brightness (not that u should have to) it'll look better.
Edit: Ok a version 2 will be made, thanks for the advice. Could be a while till i make it though, would need a new monitor and im broke.

Maybe the author wishes to update the map with a moer fitting lighting scheme, using a different pc/monitor?

The lighting is horrible, much too bright! The sparcles everywhere seem to slow the performance, but at the same time they look kinda funny^^.
The gameplay isn't that great because the map is very small, despite it's 1on1.
In these two "rooms" there are only two levels. One more would have been very nice i think.
Maybe a second edition of this map could be very nice, keep it up!

/edit: the mover isn't working very well, everytime i tried to step on it, it moved without me^^. I had to jump to make use of it. Also it could have been a little bit larger.

/edit2: Screenshot is missing ;)

Once I entered your map I noticed why they gived so much comment on your lighting.
way to bright, I did like the sparks however.
Id would be a fun idea to turn the platforms of the body armor into a jump pad. ;p Forget about that.
a 6.5 is suited here,
cause all the rest looks good, Change the lighting and I'll turn it into a 7.5 .
