This map contains tunnels, traps (not to stop...simply to hinder) and two large Sanctums with multiple entrys. Oh, and a LOT of emitters. I Use a AMD 3000+ with a 6800 video card with no problems and 20 bots. Your mileage may vary. I was unable to switch off the flicker for lower ended systems though...sorry. Eldraad

I don't know what the author meant by "not to stop...simply to hinder" Those traps will stop you if you aren't careful. The traps are automated. And if you like to see bots get caught in the traps, then you don't have to worry because they do get caught from time to time; but not too often so as to detract from gameplay. It is a relatively small egyptian map that works well enough.
| Eldraad 12-21-2005 10:06 PM MST | | I hopefully wouldn't think "egyptian" as the style really. I tried to avoid anything that would look it if I could, simply because the are a LOT of egyptian style maps (due to all of the textures). I tried for dark, dungeony underground...oh well ;)
Thanks for the nice comments. The traps (due to my slightly "dented" mind) are really there to keep the flag carrier in attention mode. You really can't back your way through the thumpers after all. A bit of team work, however, goes a long way there. Playing this map with the "Stupid Weapons Mod" is a whole lot of fun!
