[Map Comment] SPK-Deimos is what I would say quite average. The lighting needs more variation. The lay-out is sometimes annoying such as when the player encounters dead-ends. Weapon selection does just the right justice for the level as their arrangement is applied to their environmental advantage. You simply get shot off to space when you get pursued to a dead end though. Also, even if details are utmost in this map, it still lacks much in concept. Texturing is quite dull even though variative but I guess it's the fault of lighting. As for the music, it was a tad too silent. The whole level itself is eye candy but there's nothing really much that catches the players' attention or is leaving an impression. Over-all, good work. I expect your next map to be better though.
| redfist 10-25-2005 02:47 AM MDT | Rating: 7.5 | | WoW, as bad as I hate falling off maps, this one didn,t bother me at all. It's kinda like morphius and crane maps crammed together, but improving on each. The lighting was kinda not enough brites or texture variation ,kinda sorta, to even looking.
Otherwise a really good level
