| nELs0n 09-12-2005 08:14 AM MDT | Rating: 7.5 | | looks pretty nice though the colors might not be everyone's taste ^^ what i didn't like was that some of the meshes had collision though they shouldn't have because i got stuck on some garbage chunks. there were some more that i don't remember just now... then, the sewers looked a little too empty for my taste. maybe some more pipes or cables would have been nice. at the big ship the ambient sound sounds like there was far more rain than you actually see while the ambient sounds in the streets are really nice just like the overall style of the map. i especially like the streets (last screenshot) which might be nice for a dm as well with a different layout. they kind of remind me of the presentation level from ut2k7 :D good job!

The level is completely custom. It have a sort of Chinesse - funky mix. The bots play well, but like i all the ctf maps, the bots ALWAYS know where you are when you have the flag.
a really recomended download for ctf lovers

| CursedSoul1 09-13-2005 08:15 AM MDT | Rating: 7.5 | | I think the colors are a personal taste, I for one dont like it, and from what ive read in the thread, im not the only one. Though, it doesnt bother me as much as some of maps out there.
Layout is decent, but its easy to get a little stuck(if you try), and not much z-axis to make the gameplay lovely dynamic, THOUGH: There are nice ways to get in and out of the flagroom (sewers) and the rooms around em to hide and hunt wich makes the map a lot of fun.
I like the work you put into the map, it does show, and for many people this map will be a keeper, for gameplay and the unique style of the map.
Also, If you like your map, and put efford in it, please put some efford in your read me, i am not your b*tch, and i dont like to be screwed (i just mentioned whats in the readme) this wont affect the rating of the map but it shows you "care" about the people that will download your map, read your readme, and play your map.
Besides what im complaining about, i still like it a lot, becouse its weird, fresh, unique and plays nice.
| G.Lecter 09-14-2005 12:17 PM MDT | Rating: 7.5 | | Awesome work on the visuals, it's maybe a bit too orange, but outstanding anyway. However, I can't say the same about the flow. I hate the fact of placing almost all the pickups in corners and mini-deadends (a very usual habit in lots of mappers nowadays). The layout is fairly good, but it offers very little z-axis gameplay, and the lowest paths (canals) are too cramped and they have not many posibilities to switch paths, which means a certain death for flag carriers... I also got stuck more than once in different places... The bots play good matches and the level has some own interesting ideas (apart from the great visual theme). It's worth the download. :)

I also would have liked to have see new music, o well maybe for your next map.
