Now let's get to your map:
The first thing I would notice would be the lack of details and the extreme use of too many basic shapes. The room with the "Decayed" textures looked really bad and the metal grates there, no matter how much of a good idea, was built and executed badly. The main room seems to be lacking in lots of details but I did like the round windows and the glass floor with the slime under it.
As for lighting, it was pretty bland and many of the light actors mixed up making the aweful looking "white-saturation". Some lights were also unsourced.
Lay-out is a little too simple. It's a simple three-room main area and some of the bots don't seem to go to the Keg-o-Health room as well as the slime containers in the main room. I'd say bots make a decent use of pathnodes though as there's a cap once in a while.
Texturing is quite aweful. Try aligning the textures on your pillars better. Also, the holographic computer screens there needs some work. I saw the hanging screen in the Health-o-Keg room with the translucent-texture flag checked but I don't know why you didn't apply the same thing to the rest of the computer screens there.
As for item placement, there seems to be abundant weapons all over the map but the Redeemer breaks the flow. It's either you try removing it or placing it in a location harder to reach.
Lastly, the skybox was teh ugliness and doesn't fit with the map. Try using different textures and make your "panoramic mountains" a little wider so they don't look so closely "sardined". The textures from the skybox.utx are very ugly but can look good if you used textures from other skybox packages as well. Try shaneday.utx and pair it up with some clouds found in GenFluid.utx. *thumbs up*
Over-all, the map is below-average with nothing much to see that gives awe to the player.
Try better on your next attempt, dude! Concentrate on detailing your map and think more about the lay-out. :) Specifically, I suggest you use the 2D-shape Editor more oftenly. All you need is correct positioning to prevent you from having a BSP error.
[EDIT to Arch-E-Tech] Yes, those are Doom 3 textures but it was jazzyb who converted them for UT.
