IndySkyz 06-15-2005 10:28 AM MDT Rating: 1.5   Comments like nix are the kind I hate to see here, especially when followed by a zero score, a zip with no map inside or one that wont play because of missing packages is a 0 anything else deserves atleast a .5, its no wonder that most true amature mappers have stopped mapping all together, why not, look at the encouragement they get. As for the map, first off I see it was made in december 2003, which dont mean much because even for that time the maps not good, but it does open and play so a zero is out of the question, I'm sorry to say tho that the simplistic build and layout, bad texturing, and overall plain looks make the map get a low score, lighting is horrible and there are no torches to say this is where the light comes from, basically there are too many things wrong with this map to list them all, but you tried and thats worth something, dont listen to guys who give you a 0, just try to make the next map you do alittle better than this one and keep doing that, then you will eventually come up with a decent map, and also dont listen to the guys who say do 20-30 maps before you upload here, some of the best games I have had where in maps with a cool layout or gimmic to them and not the WOW it looks so cool. I am beginning to think that Nalicity is no longer a decent site to have to load you maps to. Reasons as listed. 1. Low incuragement. People rip noobs apart and scare them away. 2. Upload wait period is too long. Any other site you can get your map uploaded and downloadable instantly after you upload. This is the only site I know of that you have to wait for 5 days. That is why when I conducted my mapping contest I ban nalicity uploads for the contest. The mappers were required to upload to unrealplaygroud. back on subject... I will look at the map an post what i think. -EDIT- Ok it's not verry pretty deco wise or creativity. Just a basic newbie map but great for a 1 on 1 match. Like the secret and trap. You and somme horrid mapper inspired me on trying the editor out myself. I must say as you would probably have discovered the map is too small for the max player load.
