Rule #1: Don't get marooned in space
What we have here from the assault objectives is that your brother ship the SS-Castor made jump without you and your buds. So now, you need to boost the SS-Pollux from a sorted gang of interfering bots. Bummer, eh?
There are no less than seven obectives, unfortunatly all of them look like the second screensot, a lever... So much for variety. It becomes a matter of remembering what switch to flip next and what door (cause they also all look alike) is the one you want next. Esko "Varpu" Ilola includes a scripted disease trigger that decreases the damage your weapons do, however, it seems the only way for you to contract the disabling contagin is to cheat(fly) or get it from someone already infected. The script doesn't really fit into the theme of the map and would have been better left out. Fun: An enjoyable environment, even if repetative.
Playability: Some gaming goodness that lacks return appeal.
Bots: Know what to do and where to go better than you do, except for maybe Varpu.
Flow: Typical assault restrictive to force longer game play. Doesn't really work when challenged to defend and way to many swirling T-Ports.
Items: Distances between weapons and a dribble of health will be the biggest frustration.
Theme: All without the need for space suits. Bigger with more trim and Z would have been better.
Architecture: Well realized spartan spaceship with nice flip hatches and interlocking sliding doors.
Lighting: Well sourced, even a few flares. Plus a custom utx for a cool flashing beacon effect.
Textures: More needed and scaling is stretched to its limits inside and out.
Sound: A custom umx by Leviathan and ambients rounds out well. The ending sequence is simply the illusion of the ship flying past the spectator cam once the T-handles have been lifted and all systems are go. I recommend the base limit of 6 players for a less spamfest ride to work with the lower item load. Overall a good quick map with strong possibilities.
Rule #2: Don't cheat |

| FlakHarvester | Rating: 5 | | er.. i agree mainly with that. In a lot of ways it is really bad but others it is OK. still varpu needs more thought in certain areas
| Varpu | | About the disease, I almost left it out. It really doesn't fit here..... And the levers are repetitivie. They really are, as they are copies of each other.... I think that this is about the score I would have given the map myself. Thanks for the objective review Twrecks !
