The bots just stand there and shoot at you without moving.
Also, weapon lockers would might as well not be included. All of the fighting will be in the vehicles. Maybe single Avril pickups, but no other weapons.
| agamemnon 04-17-2005 02:08 PM MDT | | Personaly, I didnt enjoy this map. It is far too large and hilly to play at all on foot, and its clearly designed for air battles ONLY. I'm sure this is a great map if you live for air battles, but otherwise, dont bother with the download
| Tresset 12-09-2005 07:08 PM MST | Rating: 7 | | Good map, well made to support the dogfight style by providing enough cover without making it too easy to run. Bots are idiots, but there is nothing the mapper could have done about that. I have fps trouble, of course, but I doubt that many of you will have that problem. A bit on the large side making moving around a little time consuming. Overall good map.
Edit: After playing this map with an intellegent human, I noticed a few things: -raptor homing missles won't work unless you're playing team DM -cicada lazer turret is the most useful weapon because it is an instant hit and perfect acuracy -You could do a lot of damage on foot by AVrILing the flyers and darting into a teleporter when you are noticed. Made for team DM with lots of players. Since it can be used that way I won't deduct the score, but I came close to doing that.
