feldrew 03-29-2005 06:48 PM MST Rating: 8   Well, I really like this, having played the other versions of it. First of all, it's a complimentary gesture to the original designer that this map has been enhanced and expanded - and BRAVO for his acknowledgement of the original creator, something that isn't always done. While I prefer the R version (YUM), this PG version has the same great combination of multi-level gameplay, ample weapons dispersion, and tasteful use of color schemes and vivid textures. Now the designer has added a huge exterior area, along w/ teleporters, jump pad, and the ever-popular Redeemer. The rock and tree areas are superb for sniping and you really have your choice as to whether to pursue an interior or exterior mode of combat - or both! The underwater area provides a different challenge in combat, as well as a convenient means to bail out of a firefight by jumping over the side. This is a big map and probably needs at least 6-8 players to make it fun. If I had a request, it would be the addition of some exterior jump pads to get to the roof, rocks, and to move one more quickly around the exterior portion of the map. Then they'd have to resort to shooting people out on the streets to feed their Frag cravings. Anyways, jokes aside, this map was a pleasant suprise! It's actually well put together, much like the ladies in the pics. ;) Took me a little while to find the Redeemr, as it should have what with it being kind of hidden and all. The bots played ok, and It took me a bit to get the hang of the layout. My only gripes really are the water area is pretty boring. It could be slime and serve as another danger when one gets *ahem* distracted. Also the outside area is a bit large and empty. That area that spans out to the fence could be culled back quite a bit and still look great. Any chance of a good R-Rated version? Just curious as I being a red blooded, American adult male am not offened by pretty women interrupting my Deathmatch fun! W00T3rZ! The only thing thats good about this map is the spiral ramp you did there.Level does have it's own look to it and the girls there are fine by me,but doesn't make any difference to the non dm playing too big too big too big.graphics 6,,,gamplay 0,,,bots seem ok. Ok well,if people can go out there they will,specialy if they are looking for pickups,it's only natural. Orion(Co30) 03-30-2005 06:02 PM MST   The map looks big at first glance, but a great deal of the outside park is merely there for decoration. Weapons and pickup are all inside the temple or close to it when outside. You can run around the whole park, but there's really no point to it, it's just scenery. You will also respawn inside the temple most of the time, which tends to concentrate the action there, making the map very playable in deathmatch. The suggestion about the water made me smile. It was actually exactly that in the original Unreal version, and it really got frustrating after you fell and died in it for the 100th time. That's why I ended up changing it to normal water you can swim in. And concerning the requested R version, it does exist but Nalicity won't carry it, for obvious reasons. It is available on our clan's website, at www.co30.com. Go to the downloads section, the UT2004 DM list, and it's on page 10. It makes women into nothing more than objects. But aside from my beliefs, this is a decent (not in a moral way though) map. It was very good looking (not refering to the pictures here). The bots work. It provides both interior and exterior combat. The water is kind of pointless though, as moving through it is slow and there are no pickups in it. Slime at least has a point. Because of my strong morals (yes, I am offended even by this) I could not play it much, but I will say that without the pictures it would definately be a keeper. I won't rate it based on my morals, with respect to other people, though. Orion, I suggest that you try to make your maps appealing to everyone in the future. If people want porn, they can find it plenty enough elsewhere on the internet. willem 12-11-2005 04:14 AM MST Rating: 8   Hi all, I,m amased !!! Tressed can kill in ut, but cannot look at naked woman !!! Porn is when people are having sex in public or on the media, but a picture of a naked woman or man, is that porn ? Sorry, my thinking is complete different about this matter. When i see a naked lady, i,m not direct thinking of porn. And there are also other vanilla maps without naked ladies, DM-The_Vanilla_Voice and DM-VanillaSex_Art_Gallery. So, enough choice for everybody who has problem's with naked ladies. Gimmicks 4tw. I thought it played pretty crappily and the map is fugly outside of the girls. I'd score it higher, but then I'd just be influenced by the girls, which I'm not letting happen.
