if u got lots of noobish errors plz correct them before submitting, a map thats not 100% is not worth commenting /rating

ok, for real.

starting with gameplay:
well, the map mostly played smoothly, but i often found myself dodging or going out of my way to get an item; some items were to close, others too far; this makes for less exciting battles. :|
also the big underwater tunnel: cool, but it had me out of the action for to long, leaving my only other option to turn around and go where i came from. :(
what was the point in that big ded end outside? no point, usless, put a armor or somthing there, which leads me to another point: too much health. i had WAY to much armor all the time, and so did 1/2 my foes. a bit excessive on the vials, could have done with out 2 body armors, so i guess thats ok. :|
Score: 1.0/3.0 Done with gameplay.

Awe: well, hmm......
a few pet pieves first: water MUST be scaled down so that you cant see the little(er, big) pixels moving around on it. almost all water had this problem, it looks a little sour on the eyes. when going up twin staircases, my eyes bled. literaly. it was just gross. i like to call it "WallDirection", its a texture alighnment thingy that i almost always use for my wals. some of the vined pillars could also use like a scale of like .65 instead of default, would look much better if so. sometimes i would be giong down a hall/tunnel, and the textures would suddenly *POP* cahnge into anothre, trim is essential for temples, they indicate transition and no *POP* ing happens.;)
i realy liked the fountain, once again, waterfalls sheets COULD have used scaling, but its not essential.;)
Awe: 1.5/3.0
Build:
actualy pretty good here, i saw no BSPcuts and no HOMS,no ICHs or any indication of teh g0bl1n being there to eat walls :p.
brushes where well done, no 'bleaching' of lighting, the build gets a 2.0/3.0.
sumary: ok lookin map that has flow, style, and some looks to. i would like to see a versin 2 of this map, maybe with those small pointers being adressed; considering its a first map im very suprised(in a good way;) of the quality; mind you its not cliffyb or davidm, but its still fun just has some probs mostly along gameplay.
recomend a download if nothing else just to check it out.
Score: 4.5
just a little below adverage ;)

ok im done now.

edit: i guess i can see taht...but i completly missed teh way to teh belt several times before i noticed it, maybe only players that play it alot will have an advantage....:p

cant find file for package chaostex,
if you want a rating,make sure you but all flis in em,or give me a link where i can get it

EDIT:Defeat: there is a utchaos.u file,
but what i need is chaostex,
I dowloaded it again from an other server,still no texture file

ok, i downloaded the lates version,and it worked
I must say I was suprised,It is a good map for a first map
I liked the under water part
but still it looks a lttle unfinished to me,
lighting for example,could use a little attention,aswell as architekture
for a first map it is quite good
i liked the layout and gameplay
because it is your first map,i will give iy a 7

chaostex = from the Chaos UT mod. its on the 2nd UT CD.


anyway, I've played this map before. its alright. nothing special or anything though. =/


@ Nytehawk:
ah, forgot about that. ^^;; I have the "Totally unreal" set that has UT and a bonus disk for it, the original Unreal1, and a preview of Unreal Championship.
