No floorplan, the lighting is crap (even if you open the editor and rebuild the map. AS IT IS, IT IS NOT REBUILDED!). Brushwork's crap, too. You didn't use any static meshes except the weapon bases. IMHO it is a crime to release such a map.
0.5 points because you know how to open the editor. Read tutorials! There are enough!

Anyways you didn't do a BuildAll, mention above by W@rdW@rf, which is really careless/noobish. You have no screenshot(s) preview for Nalicity, in your zipfile, or in game map preview (plus no info). Lol readme.txt.doc, you have to use Notepad if you want it to be in .txt format not by using MS Word and putting .txt in the title. The map has no music or ambient sounds which makes it dull. Misalignments on some textures, no usage of static meshes (weapon bases and health vials don't count), all BSP so there isn't much for eyecandy factor. The gameplay is there but could be better. Why aren't there any weapons on the walkway? If you add some you would have add more z-axis action but since most of the items are on the ground most of the action is on well on the ground. No light sources and the lighting could be a tad bit brighter. For your next map try using more static meshes.

*EDIT* To Jackle: Lol, by no means was I trying to discourage the kid. Personally I did think W@rdW@rf was too harsh though.
To ftbheavyarms: Sry if I sound harsh just trying to help, everyone starts somewhere you can't just start from the middle or the top you have to reach it first. keep mapping you'll get better. Keep this in mind though, Nalicity is notorious for ppl giving bad reviews without saying why, just ignore them.

I wrote one myself that covers pretty much everything you need to know as a newb mapper. Email me and i can get it to you.
