well, I guess it's your first map ever and you wanted so much to show it to the world... I won't rate it - I don't want to discourage you from doing maps. just run the editor, make something with the point, and then, when it will be look and play somehow, upload it here:)

I second the comment above.
It show that you did try to do something that was in your mind.
Keep practicing. I made 10 or even 15 of those kind of maps some of which were HUUUUUUGEE and fun(but ugly) , I did not upload even one out of them. I uploaded only the ones that were ment to be cool.
For your mapping- here couple of tips.-
=always take the default light and change the color , and tone down the brightness.(default light lok terrible)
= don't overuse the saturation. it might look cool to mapper but not to player.
= be very careful with laaarge walls. when you have them- they look plane, and the textures always look OVERTILED. to go around this problem- add triming porches, arches, or add or subtract another layer of wall that sticks out or pushed in(with different texture) that helps alot.
= for balconies you might need to add thicker edges on the side that hangs. that makes it look better.
= in corners- try adding pillares.
= EYECANDY-that's a song for all mappers!="I wanna candy.." get the point?
Good Luck, chom! ;p

Its good to see new people taking in the unreal Goodness!!

just keep mapping and forum it up... ask questions, and except comments, people are just trying to help.

if all else fails, do what I did... buy a sixer and start raiding the UED Tut sites and break out the reading glasses ITS WORTH IT... except for the sixer of course but hell if your of age :p

But I'm really pleased to see new Ut99 mappers!
Of course, this isn't the end of your path, and you gonna make maps like DM-Dinashar or LastCrusader!

Good luck-....
