I cannot access the map to asses it becasue UT informs me that it “Can't find file for package 'Dust'”.

Get CTF-Stoneforts][, it has the umx. But it is a bit sloppy the author didn't include it so I don't think the 0's are that unjustified.

EDIT: Charon, me thinks same. Lower pic: no lightsources. Archi doesn't look great. Sometimes I think eight's are givin' to often.

8/10... I understand guys that you are obsessed by CTF, but... but 8/10?! Does CTF-gametype make map better? Look at the archy...

* textures are very repetative.
* Lighting is very bland, not much lightsources like lamps, or anything that really looks like that anyways.
* I personally dont really like warpportals, but thats like I said a personal thing.
* we all can agree that the theme is overused (just kidding :) i still like ancient after all that time, as long as it is refreshing, and to be really honest, this isnt)
* your archi is very basic, boxy, bland and very low detail, it doesnt scream ANCIENT!!!! FPHEAR!!!11

This is just what i could see in ued and a little ingame, I can say a lot, but sometimes showing is better.

very nice map, not really ancientish, but comes close.

compared to this, your map is very bland,
spice it up, think about real ancient temples, statues, rubble and bricks, broken walls and ceilings, plantage growing trough the floor, some nice lighting
from torches, some light coming from a crack...

yea.. and off course, layout is a must as well.
how to get a good feel for it?
play a lot of matches, play good maps with superb layout and you'll get the feel :)
