I have to rate it higher to offset now. That's just ridiculous. It's a solid five or maybe even a six depending on your gameplay preferences so I give it a 9.5. There's nothing really seriously wrong with this map, but it's not terribly inspired either and so what. It's a good solid avg map and there's nothing wrong with that. Maps should be judged & rated on their own merits, not on previous scores. Dario. Oh so sorry, For the mappers sake eh? Because someone disses the map you give it a higher score than it deserves? Sounds like the actions of a windalicker to me. Artificially highering a score wastes time of people thinking they are downloading a map better than it actually is and undermines the whole point of a fair rating system Dario D. 09-17-2004 04:55 PM MDT Rating: 8.5   If someone disses the map and lowers it's score, you should come to the rescue with a better score, *for the mapper's sake* and for the sake of people who will NOT download this map for the wrong reasons, to the mapper's tremendous frustration. If someone gets his limbs chopped off, are you going to let him die, or heal him? I'm going to heal this map. The spammers who give bad scores should be banned. Also this type of artificiality doesn't show any respect for the mapper or (try to) give them an honest appraisal of where their work is at. The only thing which is worse is people leaving comments on maps that they haven't downloaded and played. That is really a pathetic waste of the mapper's time and says more about the ego of the person leaving the comments. Oh, that's right, and in my opinion the map is worth... Edit: S'okay I d'led the 3323 patch and got it working. I wish I hadn't...
