Manticore 09-13-2004 08:59 AM MDT Rating: 3   I don't know if it's my installation of the map but two meshed columns don't render, only the crowns of the columns. The bases and column bodies are just not there. Apart from that this map suffers from a skybox which would not have been very pleasing in UT99, let alone UT2K4. I'm sorry but, IN MY OPINION, this map is not worth more than '3'. If anything the mapper should look more closely at layout, gameplay and beta testing. Additional comment to mapper below: Thanks for showing some respect for the comment and rating. That's not happening a lot on this site at the moment. In fact, as you state, getting people to rate ANYTHING AT ALL on this site seems to be a problem at the moment. It's not a good rating but it's only one map. Keep mapping and good luck, I'm sure improvements will come with time and acquisition of skills. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and that's mine..... I'm working on a 1-on-1 Deathmatch right now, but even though I'm done, I'm going to run through some tutorials on texture use and lighting before I upload it.
