i just had to dl this becouse i saw 2 pictures that where the same, but one was way brighter..

nothing of that ingame though.

map is nice and solid, a bit small, the water should be darkened and less reflective becouse atm its to bright and 'reflective'.
though the map is tight, and looks very decent its nothing really special.
simple skybox, simple lights (which couldve done a tad better) not much meshuse but just enough to make the map feel more apreciated.

overal a nice small decent map.

Decent 1on1 with good looks too, could easily be made better, but still a good map.

- you did not use any antiportals
- the portals you used are too big. I found one that is ca. 8192x1024 units, certainly not improving the pervormance
- the architecture is not very interesting. kinda looks like the old UT
- layout: three big cubes filled with a few ramps
- the trims were not done properly. the texture is just cut off where the trims meet
- some of the static meshes have an open back, so you can look through them if their backs are not covered with another mesh or a brush.
you forgot to cover these open parts.
- I saw healthPickups without a pickupBase. you should avoid to have pickups without pickupBases.
- I tried to leave the map and it is possible due to a missing blocking volume. if you have a skybox it is necessary to prevent the players from leaving the playground.

it seems you did not pay close attention to these things.
in my opinion this one was not executed carefully enough to deserve more than a 5.

The BOT was great, but the map had a lot of obstacles and places where you could get cornered. The low hanging ceilings in areas killed the ability for areal maneuvers, and really only served to make the map seem even smaller. Weapon placement wasn't great the Rocket Launcher was too easy to get, but was balanced by being able to snipe it from just about anywhere in the map. The map had too much health for 1on1 IMO.

Hi there, at first thx for the comments.
I'm shure I will make a second version of the map because of some small bugs MartinW and I had found... I will let you know...^^

//edit: öhm, how can I change the Screenshots?

not a bad map, fans of spirit and trite will probably like this one. its similar to those only a bit smaller. although i prefer small maps like this, i would probably have preferred it if it was a little bigger
