The scale of the map is a bit too big, and there's some z-axis there but it doesn't really come into play that much. I thought the basic flow was good, but it was brought down by the scale and lack of z. Also, that long hall down the center is kinda lame. Items were good, though. More deductions for the symmetry; it makes the map that much less interesting when half of it is just a copy.

| MartinW 09-03-2004 09:38 AM MDT | | During the construction process I felt that the map was too small so I decided to double its size by copying the geometry. Meanwhile I prefer asymmetrical DeathMatch maps. So I have to admit that this decision was quite lame.

What I didn't like was that there seems to be too many weapons or at least too many high powered weapons. It would make the player think and plan more if he had to make each shot count. Personal preference I guess. There is also too much health.
While I appreciated the elevator jump up to the pipes and the inherent risk of getting snagged on the pipe struts - the thigh pads are too little of a reward. At the very least I would switch the armour and the thigh pads.
