I like my DOM maps plain and simple, here I got lost in the first games. Not much landmarks to help you out either it's a bit same same everywhere too. You can ask many people who have seen my unreleased work how good I am as a mapper... but that means nothing anyway. Like I said in the comments of a different map, how many film critics have directed or starred in films? Same thing goes for mapping. I even took the time to test one of your maps and give encouragement. To have that thrown back at me with a snide remark makes me wonder if it's worth helping people out. And, of course, I have more fucking sense and respect not to do something and dumb and immature as you suggest. Grow up and get a clue. Even if I did, I would probably rate this a 5. It's got so many flaws and I made the final layout without thinking too much about how it would play. It's interesting maybe, but that's just my opinion IMO it's barely worth a 5. lol 10 maps? I understand where you are coming from but IMO that just sounds silly. Many people on the site have less than ten released maps. However, we have to be checked and approved by people. That counts for something, right? If our understanding is enough, does it matter? If we had the time to make more maps, we would. Instead, we play. If you prefer gameplay to graphics, wouldn't you prefer players rather than mappers anyway? The way some people go on about it, I'm surprised they don't complain we arn't all hardcore clan players. I can't understand how the amount of maps means anything, anyway. What if they are all of 2 quality? Does it still mean I have merit? Doesn't make sense. Makes me want to map, though, to proove my worth :) and to stop any irritation you are causing me. Maybe it wasn't ment to be snide but look at it. It's childish... "review your own map". Refist, you seem to change your mind every two seconds and your opinion too. Sometimes you make sense, sometimes you make people laugh with your odd comments. Register for the forums, that way it's easy to talk, harder to be misunderstood. And mabye like him as well as me,it just seems odd there isn't a bunch of cool mappages here. I dunno............................ And personaly I'd like to think the dude who reviews others maps should have built at least 10 levels min. (and all realesed)and some from each game ut,ut03,ut04. (not alwayS the poinT, but it goeS for the bigger crowd anyways) imho, hidra, yoUr Comment could have been a little nicer oKay, and lurker dont get angry so faSt, its a waste of time and enerGy. chill out more, mAkes life a lot better as well :) as for redfistY, read the first part. lurker gets most credit for this map, i still dont know what nachimir added to this map (or i forgot lol, sorry) i mostly did the layout, and started the style of the map. it isnt all that BAd, but yea its an oLd map, me and Lurker are way better now, if i can Say THAT about mySelf wiThout people thINKing im an egotripper (aka rf) special MSSG attached :)
