nice 1
| Jebidiah 06-18-2004 10:50 PM MDT | Rating: 6 | | The theme here is pretty neat: The map is basically made up of 3 levels, similar in layout, but with a differently themed time period (future, medieval, etc) for each. Scattered teleporters pop players between zones. Nifty! Also, the visuals are generally good. Unfortunately, all is not perfect... The bots seem to be very skilled at getting stuck, and the sizing and floorplan of some areas make them flow harshly. Still, it's worth checking out because of its theme.

| Manticore 06-19-2004 03:22 AM MDT | Rating: 7 | | Apart from the bots getting stupid the map is generally a bit too dark. It does have that UT99 "wow" factor though. Good job...
| Dead Man Walking 06-19-2004 08:36 AM MDT | Rating: 8 | | I think this is the best themed map I have seen. The visuals are great and the idea is awsome. Good job. The skybox is great. The only gripe I have is when I teleport to the "stargate" looking thing, I get killed by the map. Not sure if this is intentional or not. If the map were a bit bigger and the bots didn't get stuckit'd be a 10.
| RichD 06-21-2004 11:58 AM MDT | | Thanks for the comments. I made this ages ago but never got round to sending it off. It is a bit rough round the edges so to speak, but still looks and plays well IMO. I'll probably get round to updating for UT2004 soon, as I do love the whole time travel idea.
Also, the area where the player gets killed IS intentional. It's a duplicate of the main teleporter room, and was added to confuse the player a bit. I guess it kinda' worked.
