| Manticore 05-27-2004 03:57 AM MDT | Rating: 8 | | Unfortunately my taste doesn't extend to some of the sound fx, but there is interesting use of triggers.
Visually the style is pretty good but also pretty "busy". The health viles are particularly catchy.
Layout is playable and will probably be fragged over quite a bit...
Worth downloading in my opinion.....

MichaelM: It's not that bad by a long shot. I haven't a clue as how a "2" could be given to this map or anything below a 5 for that matter. We all have our criteia I suppose.
re Caverns: I'd Subtract an area for the Caverns, then add in Static Meshes to give it an uneven Rocky/Stone look. That depends though on if it's Indoor or Outdoor. For Outdoor you could edit a Terrain pretty close to the exact shape and use Textures and/or Static Meshes for the walls.

Sicko Teddy: yeah you are right... I never really thought about Ra being a god of sun, I just could nott think of any thing else at the time...LOL, that is pretty funny though now that I think of it.

And another part i didnt understant was the jumppand up in the roof why?? maybe i just misunderstood that part there might be some hidden meaning. I dont understand why sandorski gave this a nine he must have seen something i didnt

(how could he die!? ) 2)Ra was a god of the sun, and was in favor of life and creation instead of death. May be Tot or Jackalheaded god of egypt was a god of death and destruction. LOL LOL PLEASE keep history intact . hahahahahaaaaa The map is nice . There are realy some nice looking places, but the theme lava/Egypt look .. mm .. mnn .. well sort of wierd. It looks a little oversaturated or overcontrasted. Nice setup though. The architecture is realy beautiful. Visuals are well thought out. Just color balance is a little clumsy. red- grey - pale .. try red-yellow-orange(more Egytpy :)
