Very nice map. The atmosphere is great, gameplay is great, and layout is great.
Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable map. Different node paths can really make for a different, yet still fun, experience every time. The graphics and "windy desert" theme are very believable too. Very nicely done. (edit) In regards to the below comment, I did really enjoy this map, quite a bit more than average. In hindsight an 8 may have been more appropriate than a nine, but this is a high quality, fun map.

i am not saying anything about any certain kind of maps or any certain maps, i just wanna make u voters (raters) at nalicity aware of the fact that an average map should have the score 5, yes its true an average map is suppose to get FIVE in rating not 10 or 8 or 9 as it is now i mean of you look at all 2k4 maps the average score would be over 8 that means that average is eight or higher , and thats not the way its suppose to be. maybe u think it sounds stupid but think about it is an average map really suppose to be rated 8 i mean then we should have a voting system 0-16 dont u think!!! shame on alll you voters (this has nothing to do with this map its just something ive been thinking about since 2k4 came out)I havent even played this map so i wont rate it

Nice atmosphere. But I think the nodes are 2 close 2 each other. So: make map bigger or use less nodes.

it's good, except you can see some of the nodes from other nodes making them a pain to defend.

The sandstorm and landscape textures in this map really remind me of the level "Scud Alley" in "Operation Desert Storm". The gameplay here is pretty intense too........
Hey mangan }swe{ (or do you prefer being called "slaskan" which is the other handle you have been using?): If you (or the admins. for that matter) have a problem with the way I'm rating maps I can be messaged on the BU/NC forums. From my point of view; I collect and play a lot of maps and try to tell it like it is in my opinion....

cool idea but the sky was way too flat and simple, both flat in geometry as in texture as in lighting which is a prob in the map itself too, there is basically no lighting, only zonelight felt rather empty too sometimes, the animated things in the wind are very cool tho

Thanks for the good ratings :) -- Dreamus has a few problems; some people get skybox fog glitches, and others have really long games because it's too hard to hold certain nodes. Im working on Dreamus2 which is a reworking of Dreamus with a cool new sky and a new layout, fixing everything and adding stuff. It's coming out much better than this one.

i thought it was ok, the theme is good but i dont like the placement of the nodes, theres no way to isolate nodes so there is basicallt no strategy in the game.
also, the map looks and feels basically the same all throughout, there isnt really any variation in it.
on the plus side, it has a great atmosphere and i loooooove the dustiness >:D

Referring to the guy that posted that thing about rating...
1. That should be posted on the forums. 2. I sort of agree with him, but not quite. A lot of people have just stopped playing Unreal Tournament G.O.T.Y., they get UT2k4, download some maps and are blasted away by the insane graphics that UT2k4 (and 2k3) make possible. Hence, they vote, like, Holy shit! Who can make something that good?!?! So there is nothing wrong with that, I guess.
