| Manticore 05-12-2004 05:12 AM MDT | Rating: 4 | | Just because the modern 3D engine (sic) uses textures over ray-traced wireframe animations doesn't mean that you have to use every texture known to man in the one map.
And next time try aligning the textures properly for that "natural" look.
And the lighting is really poor....

This map just doesn't cut it. One thing; Never put to much health in a level, it destroys the gameplay. I didn't really mind the textures though. I mean as long they're all included it's OK.
EDIT: I did like the effect purpish room.

About the map- the map has way too many light colors in same room. keep light color with the style of the map. (no rainbow lighting please) Once when I was learning Ued, that what I was doing- including everything I could possibly think of. So think about the style and purpose of the map.

I do want to know what any body think is work with the map even if someone said it before. But I have gotten better texturing and then things that make the map look better http://forums.beyondunreal.com/showthread.php?t=119954. I'm using the comments for here to help me out in think about what I do in my newer map TwistedHouse. so I'm look for comments on game play, like to many health packs. So anything about item placement, weapons, z-axis game play. But let me know if there was something I was doing right so I keep doing it.
