the traffic is simply sweet, in case the name dident give it away, this map is based on grabing the other teams flag and runing across 6 lanes of fast moveing traffic.the traffic is made up of cop cars, delivery trucks, taxis, normal cars ect.you can even hear the wind sounds they make when there blowing by you at like 80 Miles An Hour. it's fun to just stand out in the open sometimes and let a car nail you ^ ^. even more fun to see you oponent get nail by one>=).of coures not all the action takes place here, to get the flag youll have to go into the other teams warehouse,(each warehouse is located at opisites ends of the map)once you have the flag you can avoid the freeway by takeing the overhead bridge, but your a much easier target. all in all this map Fu**ing rocks, texturs are great, bots r good too,HELL WHAT YOU WAITING 4??!! GO PLAY IN TRAFFIC!!

The plan for this map was obviously well thought out and executed. The author built his buildings to be visually acceptable without hurting the framerate by much. The use of streetlights and lit-up windows create a good city atmosphere without the use of frivolous brushwork.

I do, however, see room for improvement. Because of your 'distance view' triggers, the bots are able to engage in combat at long distances where they would normally run straight at you without firing. Thus, you sustain quite a bit of damage while approaching the enemy base.

Include more medboxes. Even at your own base it is difficult to find first aid.

Include more items scattered around the map. Put a weapon at each intersection- put a keg of health on each bridge- do something to make the map more friendly to cross. I am aware of the shieldbelts on the roof, but they are far out of the way and hard to reach, even with the translocater.

On the roof of each warehouse there is an entry hatch. I recommend that the roof be made easier to reach with a lift of some sort.

Other than item placement, this map is near perfection in terms of gameplay and it is astonishing in terms of creativity.

Very, very good job.

Bottom Line: Correct the roadsign to read 'Map of the week, next exit'

oh my, one of the many, many boring and rather ugly "real" maps. of course it has the admittedly cool freeway gimmick, but that's the only really good thing i can say about that map; the graphics are very boring, and the gameplay (wide open, mostly empty streets!) is boring and below average too. with some work on the graphics, details, and less open gameplay, this map might get interesting at least for realism mods (where the player's speed is slower which will make crossing the freeway more exciting).

The traffic was pretty cool, but I never felt "forced" to weave through it. I almost always took the bridges. The bots never used the freeway during my matches. I agree with the previous user in that the map is too plain and the gameplay too boring.
