This is a very well thought out map and deserves to be among the finalists in "that" competition being held by "the other" website.
That being said I don't know if it's something I've done but I have a high-end system and this map runs about as well as a dead greyhound on it. In fact, it was so bad I had to exit UT24K and make sure I hadn't left something else running on the computer in the background. (That wasn't supposed to be running, anyway...)
That's super-disappointing because this looks like a fun time when it runs properly....

Great map!
Recommended download.
Manti: That's odd. Ran as smooth as silk for me and I have UEd and MayaPLE open in the background.

If I have a child, and that child is an unreal 2k4 map, I would want it to be just like this! Fix a few texture errors and it's a 10!

Man what a great concept and design. I'm a sucker for Sci-Fi maps. Design,Concept, I would give it a 9 1/2 over 10 Yet on my server it produced less than 12-14 frames in the open areas with 14 players or a bots/players combo. It's such a great map,can you do something about that frame rate issue? So overall it gets an 8 due to those framerates.

Map runs fine for me and I've played it a couple dozen times online with full player loads... You always know when you are playing a SabbathCat map! This map has so much charater it's ridiculous. Fun to play and being stuck on foot isn't an issue. I haven't seen any visual flaws, though it could be a bit brighter in some spots for my taste. But since the velocity risers have been fixed that was my only real issue with it.
A must download. It's just a good thing that even though Sabb is a good friend, he makes great maps... So I don't feel guilty at all giving this map a high score. :D

Map is really fun, really pretty and run with a very good fps even on my medium-low end system. The Layout is very complex and is confusing at the beginning. But passed the learning period, rock n'roll!

Hehe, cheers for comments guys. This was my first propper map in the new engine, hence the lack of optimisation ( no BSP occlude? What's that about?:o)
I'll get around to sorting a better optimised version at some point, it does run kinda whacked out, mainly 'cos I didn't realise anti-portals needed to be non-concave. :o
Also, slaskan - The jump-pads only work for the wheeled vehicles, the manta kinda works with them, if you jump on top, but the tank ('cos it's super heavy maybe) won't get kicked far, and the raptor is unaffected by gravity entirely.
For the SE / ][ / LE version I'll get around to scripting up some special volume to fiddle with the phyics a bit better. :)
Thanks again for the comments guys, give's me plenty of incentive now to tweak it up and release an improved version. :)

The map is quite interesting but it's has it's flaws.
Performance is bellow average but it's not all that bad.
Lighting needs alot of work though. The map was very dark and in some places it was almost impossible to see things.
The distance fog causes popups when flying the raptor, popups are an absolute nono.
I haven't tried the gameplay so i can't comment on that.
The music was horrible.

Gameplay wasn't very interesting to me. Hop in a vehicle and go flying. No vechicle? Your out of luck and will have to take some falling damage or a long walk to get into action. Fighting for nodes in smal halls wasn"t fun either N Custom music irritated me.

I kinda liked this map but I do have some problems.... Its too dark. Its depressingly dark. Im not saying it needs to be orbiting 2 miles away from a sun or anything... but man its so dark.
Its a little tight for ONS, meaning that you dont have much room to fight when your stuck in a narrow tunnel.
Not much to so in the way of being on foot... if you aint in a vehicle your screwed.
Other than that I realy like what you did with the jump ramps and your skybox is also pretty neat with the force field looking thing.

It's probably among the best designed ons maps I've seen and it's truly beautiful. But the lag at times was awful (first time I've had it so bad) and the music was dire (sorry). You people should check it out cause if you don't you're missing out but it's just not for me I'm afraid...

THE GOOD:
A Distinctive Effort. STFUandJump is its own beast from start to finish; thanks to the titular vehicle catapults and pads, it's an almost wholly unique map showcasing some interesting UEd experiments. Layout quibbles aside, architecture is generally polished stuff.
Botplay. Bots deliver an agreeable match - perhaps moreso for knowing how to navigate the map's central section ahead of time. No complaints here.
THE BAD:
Layout. The center of the map is hopelessly chaotic; one part maze, one part out-and-out spamfest, six parts absolute confusion. With tunnels, ramps, jump pads and bottomless drops mashed together in close proximity, players can expect to spend a lot of time in initial sessions memorising layout while falling to their deaths. Even once you've got a handle on things, it can't help but feel overdone; for this reviewer, the best Onslaught maps work because of their straightforward nature, emphasising strategy and measured advancement.
Too Dark. I'm a firm supporter of atmospheric light and darkness, but this level simply goes too far in the latter direction; rare is the occasion when you're not crawling around in areas just a few degrees away from pitch black.
The Music. STFUandJump comes with its own .ogg file; while not quite of the nails-down-a-blackboard variety quality-wise, it's a cheap-sounding, MIDI-ish effort that really doesn't compare favorably with the retail soundtrack.
THE VERDICT:
A twist on the typical Onslaught model with a steeper-than-average learning curve. Gameplay is an acquired taste - some will undoubtedly enjoy it, but I sadly wasn't among them.

Interesting design but a bit garish is one or two places & would benefit for a little spit n polish. As was mentioned earlier the music sounds like a cat with a red hot poker up its ass (which I imagine would sound pretty appalling).

:D Nice! One of the few Onslaught maps that is on a platform instead of just some closed off bit of land. Not too small, not too big. Bots aren't genuises, but that is true for most maps. Lots of fun!
