I had a couple of problems with this map:
1.I think it is a bit too open and it feels empty.
2.The sky doesn't always show up depending on where I look.
Apart from this it is a good map but the sky problem is really putting me off.

I think the layout isn't too bad, but some things definitely need improved:
1) The sky is icky, instead of stars there are blotches. The moon has a green ring around it
2) The ground textures need to be worked on, there is too much tiling
3) retracted
4) the added vegetation isn't too badly placed, but it does seem to be kind of an afterthought and using more than 1 tree would be nice for variety
5) the flat areas seem to just be too flat
I think this map could be really nice with some work.
edit: the water situation still sucks, but if it's a bug there's nothing the mapper can do about it.

Version 1.2 online now. This is probably the final version, unless i find a way to get rid of the water bug. Check out the readme for a complete list of fixes.
[edit:] No more need for me to do something about the water bug. Download the latest patch from epic if having trouble with it.

Nice map, it looks pretty sweet, but it should contain a classic sniper, so i can snipe people from behind a couple of trees ;)
[edit:] Thx for the sniper in the 1.2 version. I also like the other changes you made, so I'll raise my score by 1 for the good effort :)

So let me get this right, both Moonlight and Lone_Pine are not worth downloading?

I liked it, was fun :)
Just a few things that buged me about it.
1) The Water bug, but thats not your fault. Hope they get that fixed soon.
2) The Core's can be hit from a little too far out in the sky. I can be almost at the center of the map and still hit the core in a raptor.
3) The two Wing nodes seemed to be exposed more then other nodes and too easy to take out at extream range.
Other then that I liked it.The default link setup is nice. Lets you come back from behind in the game. Good Job keep up the good work.

There's a nice atmosphere to the map and dark is good on this one... I would personally like to see it given more of a grey hue like proper moonlight and maybe a little fog. Only thing I didn't really like were the watery drop offs as they're too hard to miss and once you're in there's no getting out. Bots can be thick in instant action and all too often they drive right in. Other than that - nada. Thanks for this one.

This map is good but... there is somme thing that i have founded
1)bot seem confused at the star of the game 2)Raptor can shot on you easyly at long distance (in fog) 3)in water ... there is no pain (if you fall in water u can't swim or jump... u just need to suicide or .. if you are lucky, shot a Avril rocket near u to get to surface ... but i hate this
and like brighteye say ---The sky doesn't always show up depending on where I look.

This is a pretty good map, the terrain and detail looks nice. But it's true about the exposure and vulnerability of the core, need some kind of a base. The raptors are too much in this level. They're hard to see with the dimness of the lighting, it is night, and they have easy access to the whole map and especially the core. I would like to see what the map would be like with all ground vehicles. Oh yeah, for some reason in the beginning the bots totally ignore the nodes North of the map. Plus is it really necessary to have all those power nodes?
I was wondering where I saw those trees from, it's from one of my favorite CTF maps.
