You did a very nice job of voting for yourself. The childish and unintelligable comments littered here speak for themselves. Now if only you could take that skill and use it to make maps that don't hurt to look at.
The textures are bland and the map is empty, simplistic, and dull; plus the entire map itself is constructed of cylinders and cubes. Did I mention its nearly devoid of any meshes period? It's a 1... At best.

I agree with everything ForlornSoldier says. It's literally nothing, it may(?) make a good Deathball map, but not really that great for anything else. Adding a terrain layer would have greatly helped the aesthetics, and maybe use one of the wavy flag meshes for those hanging flags. Some rain would also be fitting.

I actually LOVE ThornsV2 from UT99. If you're gonna steal the idea, at least improve on it.
And yeah... sarcasm is cool, but don't rate the map high numerically too... that's pretty stupid.

Thorns sucks and nothing - and I mean nothing - will ever change that. You can make it look the dog's bollocks and more, but teh gameplay would still suck shit. You don't need thorns anymore anyway, because the game comes with the suitably bad CTF-1on1-Joust which is much the same thing except official.
