Map Descriptionmedium size map. Whit hills and underground routes. And whit some very crazy game play whit 16 players. I hope that you like it. I had to put out plenty of light's effects.And other eye candy stuff to make it run ok.

In my opinion, this is the best map from this mapper. It has a simple, effective visual theme (oldskool) and good gameplay for the scale.

As is usual with this mapper there are a lot of custom bits added which illustrate that the map wasn't just knocked off quickly by using standard UT mapping elements. At least they went to the trouble of trying for a unique feel/style.

Here that style is re-inforced with the addition of rusty iron gates (including sound effects). The coloured beacons flaring over the forts and casting an eerie glow really making the atmosphere in this map. The underground tunnels are also deco'ed.......

The layout provides for good UT99 CTF gameplay.

Finally, you can play any of this mapper's work offline with confidence as the bot pathing is always thoroughly worked. Bad, inconsistent or non-existent pathing can ruin a map like this but you won't find that here........

Uh,now that I been through all of that,this has texture files in it making it big file.
However 2 of them are named exactly the same as ones I have ,eygypt and trenches,so i moved mine out then moved his in.
Bingo ,the map still didnt work,it is missing "wood2" so,the only reason I wanted to se this level was because I was wondering if it was the same as as "rock" from quake1 2fort4 ,I wish someone would redo that map,it was very rememberable.

anyway nice try,but those different texture files wich are named the same is really really really a BAD thing,it may render other maps useless.

well i tried but download at your own risk.

Also the screenshot is kinda looking like that Quake1 level,the one shows the corners with stairs.
