Acid relux left a better taste in my mouth.
I could elabrorate on the user comments listed below, suffice to say they are target. On my own commetary I'd like to say I'm a theme freak, If you name something, that name sould reflect the content of the level. With that in reference might I suggest some more appropriate names:

Now I haven't released any UT2003 maps myself so my critique may read alittle harsh. First improvement that could be made is terrain paths made with a texture to denote where players may freely move. Trying to run up a steep terrain face suxxorz, let players know where they can go. Light sourcing would be appriciated. Playing against bots with InstaGib bites, especially on GodLike, make a reason for pick-ups, any pick-ups would be a nice addition. Place a drain in the map, with two waterfalls drowning seemed like a good ending to a meaningless DeathMatch.
Rathar than berate the effort further, let me say it is a map, and given the right influx of IG human players may deliver a moderate amount of pleasure. With a more varied landscape and differentiating architecture would compel even a few of those players to remain. Varity is the spice of life, even in InstaGib. Too much of one spice and you're liable to puke.

THIS MAP SUX!
there are no pickups, no weapons, health, armor, or anything! its to plain, no good places to kill people without them seeing you, everywhere you go someone can kill you, try again harder next time. put some more thought and time into it.

sorry, dude. no matter how much you hat enormal weapons, PUT THE GOL DERN WEAPONS IN THE MAP! no matter how much you tell poeple you made it for instagib, people are going to try playing it without them. dont make those people hate your map.

I will ask this question again: What makes this map better for instagib than any other map? what makes it worse for normal weapons than any other map? Why just support a (*&(*& mutator when you can support both the mutator and normal deathmatch??? INSTAGIB REMOVES THE PICKUPS FROM THE MAP! So place them without fear of affecting instagib! As far as I'm concerned, anyone who makes a "instagib map" is just a lazy bum who doesnt want to bother with the challenge of good object placement. end of story. And frankly the first guy is right, this map is too open and like an outdoor disco party. The meshes are poorly textured, and the map is equally bad for deathmatch and either instagib mutator. Dont expect any "instagib only" map to get high marks around here. In order to do so, you need to consider what the population at large will think when they load the map, with NO mutators.

I have to go pour muriatic acid on my eyes now, it's the only way to cleanse them after viewing this map.

first, ide like to say its was a good attempt. U need to add botpathing ide say and the respawn places are annoying for peeps that are not dead.

ok here's a reason why to stay away from terrain based maps, antalus is cool though, why? because it has more than just plain terrain, ok sure terrain maps might look cool for some ppl but i consider them lame. If the fog wasn't purple i would give it a better score.

Edit: u went and gave one of my maps a 0 because i gave yours a 2, that shows a lot from u, comments are suppost to help the author make better maps and see whats wrong with the current one, well here's a 0 instead and by the way i dont even think u own the first Unreal Tournament LMFAO!!!!!!!!!. and if so the word on top of one of the buildings in my map is the thing u were doing when creating this map just add "ING" to that word.
Dont start hating on other author's maps just because they gave u a bad score, remember a high score doesn't make a map prettier.

it runs and in my oppinion its kinda neat looking and its good for run n gun matches like for zark and insta. just wish there was more designing for a cool a really cool look like some static meshes and other crap like that

Really, this map is worth more than 0, or 1. It has a waterfall that works and looks nice. The texturing on the hills looks fine, even the 'stretched' parts look intentional to give a painted desert look. The white marble columns are not ugly. There are shadows, and they all seem to point to the same part of the sky. This is not an egypt level, that has to be worth 1 extra point right there. Anyway, I give it a 4. I would give it a 6 if the bots didn't drown and someone could teach the bots to use low-grav. This map is fine IG low grav.

I really don't like the skybox, how does this blend with the fog? The terrain is a little bland, more textures are needed. The waterfall is nice :).

i agree with fear.

i show maps to friends with 1 spawn nd no guns to get a quick idea as to what i should improve/add, but dont go adding maps at nalicity without guns, theyre plain unfinished, thus against the adding rule"no alpha or beta versions", and "instagib only " is just a weak excuse if u ask me
