Another face... fortunetly it has a fresh new look and flavor to it, and full original author credit is given. Much to offer over most of the other face remakes you've seen around here. This is a remake worth downloading if your a face fan, although if you hate face maps you wont like this one any better :)

nice remake of the old face][. only the texturing is a bit boring and im sure the author can do better. Gameplay is great but i suffer from low fps(which makes it hard to snipe). don't worry though, the map is cool. just polish it al bit and ill come running for the next version.

Hmm, to all those who just copied and pasted geometry from old UT maps, this is more like how it should be done. Unfortunatly I'm not a face fan, but there is still effort to stay true to the original and make it kinda fresh looking. It still looks kina plain though in places (such as the front of the base is just a flat bsp surface which was fine for UT but for UT2k3 it look horrible, especially with a plain base texture). Edit: Sorry, I didn't see the anitportals the first time I looked in the ed. But they don't seem to do that much. Dunno why. I can stand inside the base looking straight at the wall with the antiportal covering my entire view and still see 60,000 triangles...
Edit: I bumped my score up to 4/10. I think it was prolly a bit harsh before. I want to give it higher simply just to distance it from all the geometry rips and poor conversions which don't add anything over the original, but I still dont' think there is enough changes here to justify that.

Eh, seen better. The bar has been raised recently with maps. This one is okay, but still so-so when compared to others. Worth the download, though.

Bot40 - I actually did place antiportals in the front of both bases and in the hill in the center, and in a few more places, if you look in the editor.
edit: I don't know about that, oh well, another day, another engine problem :)

Well, I always thought Face2 was a better map than the first Face, and there are too many Face remakes anyway, so this was a decent choice.
I hope you redo this map again though, and make it look even better :D

Whoa whoa , hold it! If you placed your anty portals in front of the object and behind it, and this object don't disappear, that mean that your antiportal is not working! Antiportal is for blocking the Static meshes that fit in the area of this antyportal. Check it over... The map looks nice,But i want something like extrahazards such as a door that can crush the player.
