At a ceremony to honour Tamerlane's victory, a lone warrior named Loque arrived and challenged Tamerlane’s honour. As the battles began, Loque had no mercy, destroying everything is his path, not even the Arena could stand up to his punishment. -- Over a decade, many warriors tried to defeat Loque and this left the arena in ruins, so it was condemned by Liandri to be destroyed...... However, 29 years on, and with Loque dead, Liandri didn’t destroy the arena, but had hidden plans to rebuild it, faster, harder and most of all more deadly... Can you stand up to the challenge and take Loque's place as the supreme warrior of The DarkArena? | Review Rating | -- | User Rating | 8 | Overall Rating | -- |

If single room arenas for 8-16 player is your shpeel, then by no means, d/l this and try it out. I personally didn't like the starting rooms, which are basically tombs (a dead-end) if someone sees you back into one. They should have put an escape teleport in the back of it or something. That would have made it very interesting. Each teleport from each starting chamber would teleport you to a different starting chamber. That way you can mix it up and exit out in a different area of the map. If there isn't any numbers in the starting chamber (didn't see any), it would be nice to describe each room with a number, so that as you play the map more, you remember what weapons are close by what starting chamber number.

| Sicko Teddy 11-20-2004 12:39 PM MST | | sigh! UT 2003 is hardly breathing now, almost on the edge of extinction. It getting crushed by the two- UT 2004 and OUR PAPA-UT. I only keep UT2003 on my comp for a reason that there are a couple of custom maps that I realy like, and that they are not availeble for UT 2004. This map looks nice. But there no gimmick stuff that would make it glow to save UT2003...
