As for the dead end, you do have one. Where you have the ripper placed at the bottom most part of you map. You have a player start just down the steps which is a dead end.. A wandering human player will get to this spot and have to turn back,,, I would say this is the dead end the speak of.

The map still needs work on its lighting, sourcing, and alignment, and some better architecture and texturing would be nice. Also, the layout is still mostly room-hall-room and that one dead end really messes the flow up! (How can you not see it? If it’s meant to be a playerstart niche, then make it much smaller!) Keep at it…

It did flow a little better, but the dead end by the ripper is the fatal flaw in this map. Perhaps it was intended for when someone spawns, that they make their way out of that corner of the map, grab the ripper and go on gibbing people. However, it is not good when someone goes down there looking to escape, only to see a wall in front of them.... This map was an upgrade to the previous version, so I was pleased to see that.
