Plain & simple, nice little tight map for small frag fests...looks nice...except I think the shield belt is a bit much for the small quarters.

I considered using standard armour instead... but then I thought, naah! ;) Cheers for the quick comments. Altimartin: Yeah, that's all it sets out to be. Nothing tactically taxing about it :).
EDIT: CurseSoul1: I don't generally map for UT any more, but it was never my speciality anyway. At the core I'm an Unreal SP mapper, as my maps demonstrate. However, I DO have a pretty cool idea for an UT map that IS very original and, if I can stir myself to do so, I will make it. It'll be unlike anything I've released before, but may well be more theme than flow (I can tell that from my concept).
EDIT2: Did I mention how difficult it is to be original with this game these days? :D

z-axis = vertical combat... if you only look left and right to destroy...this is not z-axis...if you have to look up and down to kill people...this is zaxis...
About the map... it was fun... for a quick map... maybe thats it

Nice visuals and music! The map has some atmosphere, too, although not much. Still, the map is too small to get much of a game going, and the corridors are too long. Also, the shieldbelt is just too powerful for such a small map. IMO the armor would’ve worked much better.

It feels technically competent (although not outstanding) concerning the graphics etc, but gameplay-wise, it's way too simple. I think it would have fit better as a part of a Rocket Arena map...

Probably my favorite Hellscrag map (of the ones i've downloaded). My kind of map...some hallways around a main arena, that you can bounce flak off of, with some shock rifles, and a shieldbelt in the middle. Some big botmatches have gone down at Henf in the year that i've had this map. The only thing i don't like is the music, which i don't feel goes with this map. Some faster paced stuff would've better complimented the gameplay in my opinion. And i'm still trying to find out what "fneh" is (check the readme). Nice one!!

i dont know hell m8, you seem to be stuck in an unreal vortex, most of your maps arent refreshingly new, or that exiting. they are almost just.. maps..
try doing better everytime, think about what would make the best dm map in your eyes, good z-axis battles, 'tight' corners that would make your gf jealous, big rooms full of fragfest, oh and look there a shieldbelt whoohoo..
