The map is decidedly average. The archetecture is very Blocky and pretty simplistic, some curved hallways would have done wonders to break up the monotony of a tri-level hole in the floor. There are also some collison hulls missing on the fences outside, but that doesn't really matter. Your lighting isn't nearly so bad, a fairly realistic use of colour and some shadows help to add depth to the sort of scungie textures. You may have used just a tad too many sounds and their radius turned up a little too high, but the item placement is pretty good and the bots play reasonably. All in All not too bad, just not that good.
P.S your skybox looks like it has been ripped from CTF-High, minus the traffic!

But the author didn't include a note inthe README saying this was an arquitecture rip-off from a level of Deus Ex. It's not a perfect thing, as the whole structure vaguely implies Deus Ex influence, and thats it. The content and textures used are UT. Nothing DX to see here, except for basic layout.
