After downloading it, i confirmed. This map is an ADAPTATION of a level from Deus Ex. I say adaptation because to me a CONVERSION should include everything possible in the engine, and that includes the textures, specially from a UT-engine-based game as Deus Ex. That said, i can only judge for its playability witch is ok, nothing special. The map would definitly benefit from the great mood of Deus Ex should it been correctly done. Its not. The textures could had been different even if using the UT ones. Master roshi 07-14-2003 01:55 AM MDT Rating: 4   Thats right This is a conversion of the helibase map from the Deusex game with alot removed "SUCKS" and the wall graphics were not aligned correctly. I was looking for a deusex conversion any way and thats how i found this one.. I have Just opened the map "03_NYC_AirfieldHeliBase.dx" While typeing this message and there is no mistake. Please note Mr. TNT I am currently working on a new map. And i know you did not like my 4way map but I think this one will put you in your place as far as deusex conversions ... well rebuilds I cannot suessfully copy from one editor to another. I was thinking if to convert that map or not and now I have to. Nothing agenst you just to compete. If you are gonna do a Deus Ex map in UT, at least use the proper textures, also there is a bug with the windows, they keep coming back Still, it plays well, and its nice to play a bit of Deus in UT
