Rave reviews for the return of one of the great ones!
Our server was stuffed last night and Lucius Pit was selected everytime MapVote would permit it. The only nit I have to pick is that I had five emails from players this morning wanting to know when I would have A Dam Too Far up for UT2003.
What should I tell them?

Hell yea!!! ...I just can say thanks for the UT2k3 Lucius version, thanks a lot Clay. I think this is a great map of CTF. Here in Chile we have a lot of fun playing CTF-Lucius in UT and play this map on our national tournaments to... I hope we can do the same with this version. Greetings: ChiWallace :-)

Actually, you can thank Clay for letting me make the UT2K3 conversion and blame me for anything/everything wrong with it. :)
To the Fool below who says it was map stealing...get a life. I had permission to do it and the credit for the map itself is given to Clay. Read the readme fool. I wanted to play Lucius in 2003 so screw you. To them I say, how many maps have you made?

I play this map in UT sometimes... It's a masterpiece, and therefore I trust that this one is too... As I do not have UT2003, I cannot play it, and so not duly rate it. I therefore give it a ten, just so the so the score stays the same...
to Grendel{HOC}: Don't worry, I f I finaally get to play this map, I will surely blame you if something goes wrong :)

ohk you people probably gonna ask why did C_S teh m0tard give this great map a 0 instead of a 10.
1. the mapper uses zoneportals in a map that exists out of 1 friggin brush!!! HELLO!! 1 friggin brush, so zoneportals wont work.
2. the textures are aligned so badly even my 10 year old not exsting brother could do better.
3. on the floors (especially near the flags) one part of a floor-texture is bright, the other almost pitch black.
4. The gravity in the 'jumphall' is calculated wrong, it took me 3 times to get over the gap with just one jump,ohk, with double-jump its do-able but it should do-able with just one jump, like the old lucius.
5. you changed the weaponlayout a bit, and it anoyed me.
6. where the hell is the damageamp? its not where it should be.
7. did you know what texture-rotating is?
8. did i mention you made the entire map out of one brush.
ohk i have 2 admit, i still prefer bsp over meshes, so that was ohk, i liked seeying the old map but a bit smoother, but hell, when u do something like that, make sure you do it right. even n00b mappers from hell could do at least a bit better.
id never give a map a 10 unless it would give me an orgasm (and i dont mean it needs nude pics) and if you fixxed the map, id give it a 6 reason: the map allready existed, and you could give it a huge polyboost.
even i couldve done better m8.

Cursed, you are crazy. This map is legendary and rocks at LG. If you think you can come up with something better...you da man. Show us what you can do map master.

I'd already have rated it 0 for map stealing (nonexistent credits to Lucius) but I have to add the crimes of map mutilation and lame T3D conversion.
Lucius Pit was one of theses creative UT1 maps. You're insulting it by porting the map to UT20003 in such a lame fashion.
