| storm 03-01-2003 03:42 PM MST | Rating: 3 | | an interesting map but i dont see how it was so small and yet it was 3megs not really worth downloading it very small and pritty boring with no real main theme but there was something about this map i didnt understand there is a chainsaw you can pick up in one of the corners the weird thing is it says "i havent seen one of these in five years

Next map iam bushy with is DM-MortalKombatPit But now iam gonna try to get it smaller. Dunno when its finished, But i will try to get it as small i can. | Deceased 03-03-2003 01:36 PM MST | Rating: 1 | | well, not much to say really. you should have give your self moretime to get used to the 2D shape editor in you UnrealEd. It's pretty simle to use and you get great results... its better than plain straight rooms. also, your usage of lighting was very poor. it didnt do the map any good as with all the bright lights you can see all the faults in the arcitecture. you could have easily hid these with using dull lighting.. plus it gives the map more atmosphere. another point, i dont see how the music helped the map. did you put it in for a reason or just because you liked it ?. oh yeh, Bad usage of textures, and inapropriatly name. nothing to do with hell or temples in this map. ok there is nali statues, but thats about it. one last point, EVERYONE misses this... To make the lava more realistic, you should set the damage to something that will kill you instantly. i hope you take my opinion and thoughts into mind for your next map :)
