| Claw 02-05-2003 06:34 PM MST | Rating: 7 | | The layout reminded me of Bot_40's older map CTF-Stoneforts. Two rather small bases connected by something like a canyon with tunnels dividing the map in three parts: Each base, and the middle section.
The layout is a bit too linear, as the tunnels are bottlenecks. There are two paths through the tunnels, but they are divided just for a couple of steps really.
The middle part offers three different routes, which are kinda entangled so you can switch the routes at some points.
I think the map is best for the looks of the middle section, aka "Lost Valley" which is really nice. The bridge throws a nice shadow.
The map is well suited for Dark Magic, you can fly around a bit, teleport to places you cannot otherwise reach (to switch routes, for instance) and set up traps at the bottlenecks.
In the middle section Bot confined the air space however, which is extremly frustrating.
