All maps are very addictive to play, and have perfect bot support (They go places humans find it hard to get to) This map pack is good for all those UT DM fans out there. You should certainly check out the Clusterf*** map. Hellscrag2002 05-18-2004 07:39 AM MDT Rating: 8   Lightning Hunter's classic pack is a collection of the best CUSTOM Unreal DM maps ported to UT. Included are Anka, AOD2, Asmadena, Blackheart, Breakfast, Clusterf_ck, Coldfront, Coosark, Core21, Devils-Lair, Devils-Lair2, Fongy, Hellabolish, Hellshrap, Horbteep, Krandura, Meenoclyps and Recoil. The maps look kinda dated now, but stand up fairly well. A lot of the maps are from orginals by the prolific Clawfist, who knows how to build a map that flows. To make the maps fully UT compatible, the items have been manually replaced, browser screenshots and music added, and bot pathing in many cases redone. I know all this, because I once did a similar pack with the official maps, and talked to Lightning Hunter about this pack during its development. I recommend taking a look if you still play UT deathmatch. The UT Classic Pack I, containing all the OFFICIAL maps, is the perfect complement to this one and is now also available on Nali City. I downloaded this expecting some outdated-looking stuff...apparently they don't make 'em like they used to, because these maps are pretty decent. My faves are Asmadena, Hellabolish, and Krandura. The rest are good, although some are a bit dark. Also included are some nice UMX files. They do bring unreal look for sure,wich UT seemed to have missing somewhat,there some really cool things in unreal they could have done for UT. for the effort slightly less than half.but I did not try every level from either I or II remakes,but check em out !!!
