Fun map, but I have three qualms.

#1: Kills my frame rate!

#2: I personally think the theme is overdone. I know the spikes and skulls are meant to add to the atmosphere of the map, but for Pete's sake! I think that the fountains of blood and the texture set were atmosphere enough. The spikes just got to be redundant and annoying. Even the Blood & Blood II DeathMatch maps weren't this cloyingly thick on atmosphere!

#3: Item placement for the Double Damage and Big Keg are extremely difficult to get to. Not the difficult in a good way, but difficult in a bad way. Even without opponents shooting me in the behind, it's extremely difficult to get these items without the translocator. Maybe I just couldn't find some easy way to get to them?

Other than that, it's a lot of fun. To be honest, I could deal with the powerups being super-hard to get, if only my computer could run this map worth a darn!

Great job on the map. This is very well done, albeit you need a fast machine to run it well. The layout is ok with only a couple of sticky points. When the damage amp appears, the bots gather below it, dancing and jumping around, unable to get up there. Reaching the powerups seems to put a hole in the flow of the gameplay. I have a fast machine and I am a sucker for atmosphere, so on that level, this map is a 10. Very well done...I cringe everytime I run over the curved spikes on the floor surrounding the blood pool grating!

I loved the map.. can never go wrong with fountains of blood. Only thing i could suggest would be some larger rooms.

Nice map. Cool theme. But too small. I like larger maps.

This is yet another great "quake"-like map. It's oozing with atmosphere, and smaller than a can of sardines! And we love it! LAN games are just total gib-fests with this map! The flow and the placement is perfect, with the good items out of reach enough for people to stop SPAMMING them. The rocket in the pit is a nice touch for us flak-pill poppers, we just hate them triple rocket bastards!!!!!
