Spacelag is a simple map that looks like it might have started out as a CTF map the way the rooms are colored. If you want bot action, you won’t get your money’s worth; the author didn’t path the place. I’m not sure why not; it would have only taken a few minutes to do so. The bots fight okay in the middle, arena area, but you’ll find them standing around in the rooms that jut off from the main action.
The map looks pretty good, but as I mentioned, it’s simplistic. You only have ramps for protection, but the sizes of the rooms are about right to improve the gameplay. The item placement isn’t bad, but I don’t agree with the placement of the sniper rifle. It might be a good map to play for awhile online with 4-6. |

I used the set count, and they stayed in the rooms guarding the guns. It looks nice, though, and it would be fun with real people (or *ahem* pathed bots).
