Its featured on the Sci Fi film "The Thing", which is one of my fave films, this map totally re-creates the film, even the atmosphere of the film has been put in this map, perhaps it wont be as good if you havnt seen the film, but its still a damn good map! NeoNite 10-14-2004 06:42 PM MDT Rating: 7   This map has atmosphere. I like, yet again, the attention to detail Angelheart has put into this map. It does resemble at the scientists camp, from the "the thing" movie. I like the lighting. Not too dark, not too bright. Outside can be quite creepy. Gameplay: Well, it's a small map. The hallways are cramped, there are many rooms/doors. Death could await behind each door. Watch the bots. They have no trouble navigating this map. They are everywhere. Sometimes they get stuck at a door. Decrease the gamespeed for this one. Maybe to 100%. Otherwise it could get a little confusing for human players. Seeing as how fast bots roam this map, you better watch your step. Weapons: The usual. Sniper rifle, Flak and Minigun.Also a rl iirc. Flak is very deadly on this map. Not a bad map.
