This is a Shane Caundle map, converted by GM. Ah, conversion maps; who gets the credit? All I know is it was fun to play. It was one of those maps that can grow on you the more you play it and appreciate its dynamic.
Everything seemed to work rather well. Bots, item placement, flow, everything worked okay. The bots needed to be a little tougher, so I bumped my settings up a bit. One trouble issue was a spawn point where I spawned facing the wall. Other than that, the map was pretty smooth.
The polys are low and you still have enough eye candy for an adventure, so this might be a good online candidate with a half-dozen friends or so. |

I love the trap (although I do wish that you could activate it with a shot and not have to actually touch it) and especially cool were the T/L windows (or whatever you call them - somebody tell me please) where you could shoot through to the other sections of the arena. very neat, never seen them before. A bit dark in spots, not enough to ding points, the bots seemed pretty smart, even in LMS. I thought the flow, architecture, textures, all things seemed to be pretty well done. Very nice.
