Hmm, the only down side of this map for "awe" is probably the texturing. The author includes some really nice textures in his MyLevel pack, and uses them fairly well. My only issue with them is that it leaves the map looking the same throughout, the floors, ceilings, and walls are mostly dark looking. It's still not that bad though.

Architecture is great looking, light sources blend in well with everything. I will say I don't think too many catwalks end into a glass window that peers into the next room, the catwalk doesn't provide much use, other than to stand on.

Lighting is on the dark side, but it is still executed well. Great looking blue and red lights that are easy on the eyes, and some yellowish lights to brighten up everything else.

BUILD: 2
The elevators are not big enough, once you ride it to the upper floor, there's a gap between the mover and the floor. Forces you to have to jump to get across, or fall back down to the lower level. Could also be fixed by adding a brush that extends out, but nevertheless, either is not there. Ambient sounds could use to be louder, there are some hums, but they aren't noticeable really, only a slow fan, and computer bleeps can really be heard.

CAST: 2
Item placement holds the map back a little. With 6 players, ammo was on the short side, a second ammo pack next to it's respective weapon would help. I found myself not able to stick with one or two weapons, that is when I was able to stay alive to collect more than one. The map has room for no more than 9 or 10 players, but there isn't enough inventory for that many.

Gameplay is great, like I said above, you can get killed fairly quickly if not armed well. Bots have no problem navigating the map, and can get to every item. Flow is almost excellent, except for the elevator problem I mentioned above.

SCORE: 6.5
If you need some ideas for lighting, PolarisPro is a great map to reference. It's not without flaws, but this one is a keeper folks.

Architecture is a bit bland, relies too much on textures rather than decent looking geometry.
Lighting looks a bit ghey parade. Too many different colours so it lacks coherancy and they are too saturated, less colours and less saturated would be nicer.
Layout = nothing special.
Just average for me

Good map. The screenshots didn't do justice IMO. I first thought the textures are horrible, but when I played it they looked ok. The map has good layout and bot support. 7.5 would do more justice, but ah well.

Oh and yes, those lifts definately are a problem.

Fun map, it reminds me of some other maps but it stands very well on it's own. I had a little bit of a problem picking bots out from the lens flares, but that may be my computer - no points dinging for that. Definitely a keeper - well done

This map reminds me of alien versus predator, which is good yet the gameplay is nothing I haven't seen before, but it works anyway. I also got hung up on the elevators where I fell down the first 5 times I tried them. Then I noticed there were 2 shock rifles, but they we're a bit too close to eachother. Besides of the shock rifle there was not that much ammo on the map. It's worth a 6 :D

Tight gameplay, especially when you maxbot the map. Good placement of spawnpoints to keep things rolling along. Sharp visuals. Ownage...

Reapeting Textures and annoying gamplay, thats what i didnt like about the map.
all other things are O.K
