| NeoNite 10-12-2004 06:52 PM MDT | Rating: 7.5 | | I've always liked this map. Games simply flow, bots work great/nice. There are a couple of spots they might get stuck, well.. in the ventilation shaft. But they don't venture in there too much. No big deal, really.
Bases are accessible through multiple entryways, bots take advantage of this. The flag is placed somewhat in the "open", it's "quite easy" to cap it. But bringing it back home might sometimes be thougher than you'd expect it to be ;-)
The bases have nice detail. Especially the flag rooms and hallways in between. Outside it's snowing, but the author didn't use too many sheets (?), there's isn't too much snow falling down. Never obstructs your view.
-> edit: It's a custom script: a snow generator. Just read it on the author's homepage.
Fun ctf map. I never grew tired of playing this one.

I playing in the laptop of my brother...and my bots play kinda like crazy...but I like it
| Manticore 10-14-2004 01:48 AM MDT | Rating: 6.5 | | The flagbases are totally oldskool which is a nice look. Trim around the base of the flags themselves is an especially nice touch. That being said, and in my opinion, the terrain is not very well renedered even for a map this old.
Great CTF gameplay and good botwork. They like to get around and they defend well.
This map is probably worth a look if you're a map archeologist wanting an oldskool thrill or a CTF addict....
| Evil Snack 11-02-2004 10:42 AM MST | Rating: 7.5 | | I happen to like this map as well. I liked the snow generator and the theme(not to many snow levels out there). The layout was somewhat simple but fun. I think that this map will stay. I didn't like the hard-to-get sniper rifle but thats just my taste because I like sniping.
| vigilanterater 01-01-2005 11:16 PM MST | Rating: 8.5 | | When I first loaded up the map, I thought "hay, that's kind 'a neat." But after playing for a while, I thought "WHOA! kill stuff! awsome!" This is one of those "decent" maps that blows me away as far as gameplay goes. The bots...they know what they are doing. In fact, It seems 80% of the time that I go into the enemy base, I will see a "sidekick" come up beside me and wait for my signal (unless attacked) before going in. The map's theme is constant. If you play CTF on a regular basis and haven't played this map yet, DOWNLOAD IT. Anyone who doesn't like this map can go suck a bucketfull of donkeydingywingers.

| B*Croz 02-27-2006 01:14 AM MST | Rating: 8 | | A smaller map that flows perfectly. Has that "winter" feel that only a few maps have been able to pull off. Overall, a great map.
| FreedomSR 03-07-2006 11:48 PM MST | Rating: 7 | | It's a Winter Theme and doesn't snow!!!
